Kevin is a real gem, a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent, yet friendly and calm during the home-buying process. He was timely to our viewings, on top of the details of the contracts and a pleasure to be in his company. Kevin was awesome. I was a bit of a headache as a client to be honest, very picky, very strict on price.
